The short version: we check your invoice in memory and throw it away. We do not store it, we do not need an account, and we set no cookies.

Your invoices
When you upload an invoice on this site or send one through our MCP server or API, it is checked in memory and discarded when the check is done. We never write the file or its contents to disk or to a database, and no AI model reads it on our side. The result goes back only to you.
Logs
To keep the service working we log what happened, not what was in the file: the time, the standard and profile detected, how long the check took, how many errors were found and their rule codes, and technical errors. Logs do not contain invoice contents, names, addresses or amounts. They are deleted after 30 days.
Analytics
We count page views and validation results (pass or fail, the standard, and the first rule that failed) with PostHog, hosted in the EU. It runs without cookies and stores nothing in your browser, so we cannot recognise you across visits. Requests go through our own domain.
No accounts, no cookies
There is nothing to sign up for. We do not set cookies and do not use local storage for tracking.
Service providers
Cloudflare sits in front of the site for security and delivery, so it sees requests in transit. Our hosting provider runs the servers. PostHog (EU region) receives the anonymous analytics described above. We do not sell or share data with anyone else.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. As we store no invoices and no accounts, there is usually nothing to find, but email us and we will check. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
Changes
If this policy changes, we update this page and the date below.
